My performance work is a merging of the life-art bridge, embodying experiences to produce movement art. Playing with improvisation and raw emotion has paved the way for amazing personal discoveries and somatic experiences.

18As a performer, I crave opportunities and platforms to express feelings and tell stories; be witnessed in spaces of great vulnerability; collaborate with other artists and interact with my audience and surrounding landscape. I have a deep love for the art of improvisation and allowing my body to ‘be moved’ in response to inspirations around me.
I am grateful for any opportunity to deepen my relationship with nature particularly through connecting with site-specific performance work.
I hope my performance work can allow audience members permission to deepen their own awareness of Self, Somatics and bring their attention to the Present moment.
